• Rob to install 4 garden beds + plants
• Prune/remove trees/mow/spray/remove weeds

Monday 30^th June

• Settlement monies transferred Lever Law Trust by 10am

Tuesday 1^st July

• 1^st day advertised online
• Settlement 2pm – keys off Jenny Carpenter
• Set up painting rack in carport – length timber/trestles
• Remove kitchen cupboard doors/handles – sand – prime
• Fix lino near oven – cut square – fill with Ardet
• High Pressure Clean fence/garage
• Begin exterior – start with spray framing to carport (Dune), chain-link (Exterior White Matt)

Wednesday 2^nd July

• First thing – sand floor leveller
• Carpet/lino installers arrive
• Blinds possibly ready for installation
• 1^st Coat – Kitchen cupboard doors
• Begin painting architraves (White Gloss)
• Continue Exterior fence/carport
• Jenny Carpenter – photograph exterior/interior for advertisement

Thursday 3^rd July

• Begin Paint Interior walls – all rooms (White Gloss)
• 2^nd Coat – Kitchen cupboard doors
• Exterior painting continued
• Plumber – water rating – install water saving devices

Friday 4^th July

• Paint interior walls continued
• Replace Handles Kitchen doors/re-install doors
• Cut ends of timber – wood rot
• Silicon bathroom/kitchen

 

Saturday 5^th July

• Finalise Exterior Paint
• Finalise Interior Walls
• Open Home – Renters to come through the house

 

Sunday 6^th July

• Clean and Finalise Painting – Interior/Exterior

 

Monday 7^th July
